Cost: £11 per class - pay monthly

Charlton Marshall Village Hall
Green Close, Charlton Marshall

Move well and feel well at any age.

Join me for this small, friendly, weekly class where the focus is on individual attention. Rediscover ease, comfort and vitality in your body through this gentle, meditative, self-care practice. Leave feeling more grounded and deeply cared for.

Using a blend of yoga and somatic movement, we'll explore slow mindful movements and moments of stillness to:

  • Discover where in your body you're holding unconscious tension.

  • Improve balance, posture and flexibility

  • Support joint health and mobility

  • Learn to sense and feel the body

  • Regulate your nervous system and learn to rest

  • Free the body so you can breathe with more ease

Online Mindful Yoga

4-week course (Tuesday June 3rd, 10th, 17th and 24th)
7.15 pm - 8.30 pm

Cost: £44

This is a slow, gentle guided practice with demonstrations where needed. In my experience working online in this way allows people to get deeply into their bodies. Also with the dark winter nights approaching people often prefer to practice at home rather than venture out.

As we undo tension, with the help of gentle somatic movement, we discover how to connect through the spine, finding a lightness and freedom in the body and a more easeful, relaxing way of moving without pushing or pulling.

This is a time just for you with no demands. A time to rest, to nurture and be perfectly you,

We end the session with deep relaxation.

Online Yoga Nidra

Thursday October 9th
7.45 pm - 8.30 pm

Cost: £10 per household and includes a recording for you to keep

Step into stillness and deep rest as the seasons begin to shift. Embrace the fullness of who you are. The theme for this session will be Autumn. Release what no longer serves you and reset your nervous system through deep rest. Yoga Nidra, often called ‘yogic sleep,’ induces a state of consciousness between wakefulness and sleep. I’ll lead you through a series of visualisations and body awareness exercises to achieve deep relaxation. Afterwards, you will receive a recording to keep.

One-to-One Yoga

Classes are offered in-person or online, whichever you prefer

Cost: £40 plus petrol for a generous hour

A one-to-one class with me is customised to fit your specific needs, focusing on therapeutic benefits for injuries, restorative benefits for stress or emotional situations, and helping you work towards your own specific goals. We will work mindfully, at a pace to suit you and your body.

If you would like me to come to your home for the session there will be a charge for petrol.

Kate’s classes are thought-provoking and hard-working but very relaxing. The yoga is quiet and gentle with none of the intense, competitive work of other forms of yoga. My body and mind have both benefited enormously because of the small classes and the private lessons I have had.
