Classes with Kate

Scaravelli Inspired Yoga and Gentle Somatic Yoga can be enjoyed by everyone – the fit and the unfit, the flexible and the stiff, the young and the old. The body loves this kind of yoga and the sense of freedom it brings. The health benefits are unlimited.

Online Mindful Yoga

4-week course (Tuesday June 3rd, 10th, 17th and 24th)
7.15 pm - 8.30 pm

Cost: £44

This is a slow, gentle guided practice with demonstrations where needed. In my experience working online in this way allows people to get deeply into their bodies. Also with the dark winter nights approaching people often prefer to practice at home rather than venture out.

As we undo tension, with the help of gentle somatic movement, we discover how to connect through the spine, finding a lightness and freedom in the body and a more easeful, relaxing way of moving without pushing or pulling.

This is a time just for you with no demands. A time to rest, to nurture and be perfectly you,

We end the session with deep relaxation.

Online Yoga Nidra

Thursday May 1st
7.45 pm - 8.30 pm

Cost: £10 per household and includes a recording for you to keep

I will be holding a Yoga Nidra (NSDR) also known as Yogic sleeping to celebrate the Spring Equinox on Zoom. Spring is a time for new life, new starts and rebirth. It’s known as Ostara in Celtic mythology. As the dark and cold winter months give way to the bright and warm spring season, the natural world awakens from slumber and new life begins to emerge.

One-to-One Yoga

Classes are offered in-person or online, whichever you prefer

Cost: £40 plus petrol for a generous hour

A one-to-one class with me is customised to fit your specific needs, focusing on therapeutic benefits for injuries, restorative benefits for stress or emotional situations, and helping you work towards your own specific goals. We will work mindfully, at a pace to suit you and your body.

If you would like me to come to your home for the session there will be a charge for petrol.

Kate’s classes are thought-provoking and hard-working but very relaxing. The yoga is quiet and gentle with none of the intense, competitive work of other forms of yoga. My body and mind have both benefited enormously because of the small classes and the private lessons I have had.
