This is an invitation to come and treat yourself with a morning of mindful yoga and deep rest.
We spend most of our time in our heads, rushing around and thinking about the next thing that we have to do. Even as we are washing up, brushing our teeth, driving, we are still thinking of the next task or planning our future.
How often are we truly present?
This is an opportunity to step into our bodies and the present moment, connecting to the breath and the spine. Becoming aware of the space around us and the earth beneath us.
We will begin the morning with a mindfulness meditation guided by Carl, then Kate will guide you into your yoga practice. The morning will end with a Yoga Nidra.
