Online Yoga Nidra Fundraiser

I’m holding this online Yoga Nidra class to raise money for friends whose National Trust thatched cottage in Pamphill was devastated by fire recently. The family, Amy, Tom, Zoe (12) and Harry (6) lost all their belongings and desperately need financial help to replace everything, including clothes for them and their two children.

Cost: Please make a donation directly to the Appeal by clicking here, suggested minimum donation is £5. Once you’ve done that contact me to book your place and on the day I’ll send you a Zoom link.

It took 50 firefighters to put out the blaze and luckily no one was injured, but the extent of the damage is enormous and the cottage is totally destroyed. Both the family and the trust had done everything they could to make the building safe from fires. The chimney had been recently cleaned and working smoke alarms were fitted in the property, but the fire was too strong and couldn’t have been stopped. The family only have the clothes they were wearing when they escaped and a few items of the children’s clothing.

An Appeal page has been set up, please give as much as you can to help them, the minimum suggested amount is £5, but if you can afford to give more that would be amazing.

ABOUT THE SESSION
The session will be about 40 minutes long, make sure you have somewhere quiet and comfortable to lay or sit down, where you won’t be disturbed. Have a blanket and a cushion and something comfy to lay on, I always say build yourself a warm, cosy nest as if you were making it for someone special. You may also want an eye pillow as well.
