Join me for this special yoga nidra session to honour the transition of the seasons, release the busyness of summer and gently prepare for the shift into autumn.
Yoga nidra is also known as yogic sleeping, as you go through all the different brain waves you would go through if you were sleeping. No movement is required and you can do it in your pyjamas. No need to have your camera on. Yoga Nidra helps calm the nervous system, improves sleep, reduces anxiety and leaves you feeling grounded, spacious and rested.
This is a beautiful way to give back to yourself. To land, to rest and let go before the new season begins.
