Online Yoga Nidra

Yoga Nidra is also known as Yogic Sleeping and can be practiced in bed, on the floor or on a sofa, wherever feels most comfortable and right for you. 40 minutes of Yoga Nidra is equivalent to 4 hours of deep restorative sleep. Why not get the whole family together to enjoy this wonderful practice? It’ll get the kids nicely settled before bedtime and get your evening off to a wonderfully relaxing start.

Cost: Suggested donation is between £6 and £10 per household which must be paid for upon booking.

You may want to make yourself a cosy ‘nest’ to lie in for the session, with blankets, a pillow for your head and maybe one for under your knees and perhaps an eye pillow to cover your eyes. Imagine you are making this nest for someone you love.
